This event is a session within a larger Festival for Re-imagining the Economy, August 12–26. This online/local unconference invites people and groups across Canada to host conversations and share what they've learned around how we might grow an economy in service to all Canadians and our planet.

** Please note the location change to Trinity Bellwoods Rain Plan: We have an indoor location nearby if needed. -- An arts-filled mini retreat that celebrates summer and our creative selves. Let's have fun being artful and dream out loud. We will dance, sing, move, draw, paint, write, while dreaming of a regenerative, artful future. All levels of arts experience welcome (including "beginner"), all humans are creative in your special way, show up as you are. A few of us will be leading and sharing arts activities - singing, dancing, drawing, painting, writing, and more, wow! We will start shortly after 12 pm, and wrap up facilitated activities by 2PM. However the energy brews, open to staying a bit after, whatever that rocks our jam. If you have, bring your own art supplies, sketchbooks, props, and/or acoustic instruments. May will provide basic stationery for brainstorming activities. Bring your own snacks, drinks, sunscreen, water, blankets, lawn chair, anything for a picnic or things that help care for yourself. Kids are welcome, but note that the planned activities will be mostly for adults. If you're bringing little ones, please send May a message so we can accommodate capacity. If you have specific accessibility needs or any questions, please contact May directly (festival direct message / email / phone). **We are keeping this really chill and indie, so max capacity is 25 people, including little ones. And no amps please, acoustic instruments only. Sorry, electric guitarists and bassists.
