About
The world doesn't need more empires—businesses that extract from the many to benefit a few. What we need are *ecosystems*: vibrant, generative businesses that cultivate more wealth, joy and justice for the collective (including you!). In this workshop, you'll get introduced to "Build Ecosystems, Not Empires™"—a framework and business philosophy that Gelaine has been developing over her decade of building her own community-centred, justice-driven brands. Together, we'll dream up what our businesses (and world) could look like, and explore how we can become forces for justice, ease, and shared abundance. This workshop is designed for purpose-driven founders and entrepreneurs, as well as anyone passionate about reimagining how we live, work, and flourish together. Come ready to dream out loud, share your ideas, and contribute your voice as Gelaine shares this framework publicly for the first time.
Intention
I hope you'll gain an expanded vision of what business (and our world) can look like, as well as tangible actions that we can take to use entrepreneurship as a force for more justice and joy in our world.
